Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?
No. You are only required to sign a month-to-month rental agreement that is automatically renewed each month until you vacate.

Do I need insurance?
You are required to carry an insurance policy to cover your contents. We can provide insurance for your possessions through a national third party company.

How is my unit secured?
In addition to our state of the art 24 hour DVR recording system, each site is equipped with an electronic gate access system. Each customer is assigned an access code that is unique to their rental space.

Are there any restrictions on the length of stay?
One month minimum, month-to-month basis thereafter.

When do I have access to my storage unit?
Very convenient hours! Accessible every day of the year! Site specific hours can be found on each facilities Home Page by clicking on the office and access hours tab.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard and Visa.
